· Voluntary Participation: Providers are never obligated to accept meetings. They control their availability and engagement preferences.
· No Expectation of Reciprocity: Engaging on Bypass does not create any obligation to prescribe, recommend, or purchase products.
· Industry Compliance: Users should follow all relevant healthcare regulations, including but not limited to the Anti-Kickback Statute, Physician Payments Sunshine Act, and the Stark Law (collectively, “Laws”), as well as the PhRMA Code and AdvaMed Code of Ethics.

· The platform does not engage in prescribing incentives, or business arrangements beyond scheduling and payment processing.
